Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All LOOT orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LOOT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping service. Estimated delivery dates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by LOOT.
Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a USPS tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required.
Shipping Delays
LOOT is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to USPS. This includes but is not limited to:

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by USPS, LOOT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you must:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.
LOOT does not cover or reimburse packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Support Email] with:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Shipping Restrictions
LOOT products are intended for adults 21+. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that the products are legal in your jurisdiction.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp and cannabinoid products before placing an order.
LOOT reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally shipped to the destination state.
Order Refusal or Carrier Return
If a package is returned to LOOT due to:

Undeliverable address
The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Limitation of Liability
LOOT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, carrier errors, or misuse of products once delivered.
