If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be returned to us.

  • The item must be unused or minimally used (at our discretion).

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging when possible.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

LOOT reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@enjoyloot.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return instructions and approval.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LOOT is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products returned after 30 days

  • Items that are significantly used or empty

  • Final sale or promotional items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping costs (unless required by law)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
